CAN's volunteer hub supports organisations to be better placed to involve volunteers, and to advertise volunteering opportunities that are positive both for the organisation and the individual. We can help your organisation improve the recruitment and retention of volunteers, and be better able to provide good volunteer management.

We offer a range of services to organisations that includes:

• Supporting organisations to have the right policies and procedures in place for volunteers
• Support in reviewing and creating new volunteering opportunities
• Promotion of volunteering opportunities through our online volunteer portal – this enables you to advertise your volunteer roles and manage and track volunteers who've registered an interest. You can also proactively search our volunteer bank for volunteers who meet your requirements.
• Promotion of volunteering at volunteer fairs, volunteers drop-in sessions, and other promotional events.
• One-to-one advice on specific issues relevant to your organisation around volunteer management
• Quarterly forum for volunteer managers/co-ordinators
• Training for your volunteers
• Volunteer Coordinators mailing list.
