What a wonderful way to finish our International Women’s Day week of celebrations!

Bev from Water Lily Project led us through a mindfulness exercise involving chocolate melting on the tongue – try it! So tasty and so important to be grateful for every sensation.

Karina from Safe and Sound Dorset then showed us how to make an origami bird and butterfly – the concentration was palpable! Mixed results but that doesn’t matter! See the picture for some of our examples

A quiz then followed with Dannie from UCAN project romping home with 9/10 – well done Dannie!

And we finished with yoga led by Dani from CAN – blissful to stretch after sitting still and again brought us back to focusing on our breathing.
