  2. Our commitment to quality

Our commitment to quality

We are on a continuing journey to improve and grow.

To support this, we’ve signed up to the National Association for Voluntary and Community Action (NAVCA) Performance Standards and Quality Award to provide shape and direction for our work.

NAVCA is the only national membership body specifically for local sector support and development organisations in England.

The Standards reflect our essential functions and help us to demonstrate how the services we provide make a real difference to our the voluntary and community sector.

The awards demonstrate our ability to really make a difference across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

We’re also proud to hold the Disability Confident Employer Award

Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.

Being Disability Confident is a unique opportunity to lead the way in our community.
