Our new Membership Development Lead Marina has settled in well into the team and has been extensively networking and actively promoting membership of CAN with many organisations across Dorset.

This autumn has seen her joining Avril and Chris at the Dorset Roadshows, networking with our members at the volunteer fairs across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, and attending the wonderful BSide the Sea Festival in Portland. She has also enjoyed attending our virtual networking meetings organised by our Engagement Lead, Hannah Rees, to hear about what our members have been up to and how they are working together to make a difference in the community.

In recent weeks, she has been delighted to attend The Dorset Charities Conference and the Stepping into Nature Conference, as well as having stands at DYA’s 0-25 VCS Forum Conference and The Dorset Chamber's Business Exhibition. These inspiring conferences have highlighted the wonderful work that is undertaken by organisations and individuals in the community. She has represented CAN to promote the benefits of membership and welcome our new members.

Whether you are a new or existing CAN member, or if you are thinking of signing up, you can arrange a chat with Marina to find out all the ways that we can support your organisation.

You can get in touch by emailing her on [email protected].
