Networks

The voluntary and community sector plays a huge role locally in improving people’s lives and are well placed to understand and work with communities to empower positive change and it can be difficult to keep track of all the work that is happening across the sector.

We want to give you an opportunity to hear about all the great work by bringing the sector together through our networks.

At our network you will be able to share the work you are doing, discuss potential collaborations, share funding opportunities, discuss good practice, offer peer support, and look at how you could come together to empower community led change.

Our networks have evolved from conversations with our members about their need and we have several Networks both thematically and geographical focused. These include:

  • All Creatures Great & Small
  • Boscombe
  • Community Spaces
  • Early Years (0-5 years)
  • Poole Communities
  • Southbourne, Pokesdown and Christchurch
  • Supporting Women and Girls
  • Lets Connect

We welcome anyone involved within a voluntary organisation, community group or charity. Whether you are a volunteer, paid worker, senior leader or trustee you can join.

There is also the opportunity for our public sector colleagues to join us to share their work and look to see how we can work better together – please get in touch.
