Based: Home-based working across Dorset in a network of GP surgeries (with some travel beyond networks and Help & Care office as required)

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £18,710 to £20,853 per annum

We are expanding our dedicated workforce and looking for people who work in a person-centred way, to join our team working across Dorset (home-based).

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and have good administrative skills.

Driving licence and use of own vehicle is required for those roles – work related travel expenses are reimbursed at 45p per mile.

An enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) police record check in relation to vulnerable adults (previously known as CRB check) is required for these roles.
