Location: Hybrid working home and office base (Beech House, Poole)

Hours: 18.5 hours per week (days and times negotiable)

Salary: £29,500 per annum pro rate (actual £14,750)

Contract length: Initial 2 years fixed term contract

Do you want to see the voluntary and community sector across Dorset and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole thrive and flourish?

We need someone who can help us to significantly boost our support to develop and sustain the voluntary and community sector by providing professional fundraising advice, coupled with our expertise in business development, good governance and quality practice, to ensure organisations deliver what is needed across the local area.

About you

You’ll have a good understanding about the role of the voluntary and community sector and passion for the work the sector does for our communities.

You’ll have experience of successfully attracting a diverse range income streams within a VCS organisation in particular grants and trusts with experience in other means of fundraising and have excellent listening and communication skills, to be able to interact and explain information, in a clear and understandable way, to a wide range of individuals and groups.
