Faithworks exists to practically and personally, help people both during and after a crisis. We will work with churches and partners to give integrated support to help individuals move from crisis, re-connect to support, and regain their purpose… all so that they never go back to crisis. Our projects include reducing food insecurity, reducing debt and increasing financial well-being, supporting recovery from addiction and homelessness, and creating a community for lone parent families.

As a growing and maturing organisation, we are looking for a positive individual, who shares our passion for helping people to escape crisis. You will be a key part in our journey, ensuring that the finances of our organisation run smoothly. You will work with trustees and managers, together with our frontline staff, funders and other partner organisations. This is a practical role involving elements of day-to-day financial operations and financial reporting.

We recognise that you may have a range of skills in this area and we are open to shaping the role depending on the specific skills you can bring. With this in mind, you may have years of experience at an advanced level, or you may be experienced at a more day to day level – either way we want to hear from you.
