Small Charity Common Challenges & Governance Surgery - FREE WEBINAR

As part of Small Charity Week 2023, we will take you through some of the common governance challenges and issues. Our Senior Advisor, Steve Place, will flag what to look out for and how to mitigate against issues he sees recur for small to medium sized charities.

There will also be an opportunity for a governance surgery with Steve, where he will answer your questions about issues you are facing.

This session will be led by CAN's Senior Advisor, Steve Place. Steve has worked in, and with, the voluntary and community sector for over 40 years. Steve has been the Senior Manager and CEO of voluntary/community organisations as well as being a trustee of various charities and is currently the treasurer of a small childcare charity.
