Funders are increasingly looking for details of your outcomes and the impact of the work you do. This online course will give you access to the national expertise of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and is for organisations in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole areas.

What will you achieve?

NCVO have redesigned their face-to-face training to ensure your learning needs are still met though interactive, live sessions with knowledgeable trainers. There will be opportunities to ask questions during the session.

What does the course cover?

By the end of the course you will have:

  • a better understanding of monitoring and evaluation theory and practice
  • improved ability to identify and describe the outcomes and impact of your work
  • increased ability to develop an evaluation framework to help assess your organisation’s effectiveness and impact

This course is for anyone who wants to learn how to effectively monitor and evaluate the work you do and the difference it makes to your beneficiaries.

The course tutor  

The course will be led by an experienced and knowledgeable facilitator from the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) giving you access to their expertise in supporting voluntary organisations.
