This course is designed both as a follow-up course for those Bid Writing for Charities and Community Groups Course attendees who would like to deepen their knowledge about Trusts and Foundations Fundraising and as a stand-alone course for people with a minimum level of experience in fundraising.


Our Online Trust and Foundations Fundraising course offers a comprehensive overview of the grant funding process through Trusts and Foundations, so that you will go away from the course with a clear picture of the task of Trust and Foundations Fundraising. You will: Learn what are Trusts and Foundations and what to expect from them (Types, success rates, approaches, etc.)

Discover the methodology to create your organisations’ Trust proposal and obtain expert’s feedback
Understand how to research for suitable Trusts and Foundations through alternative databases.
Learn how to create and manage a Trust and Foundations pipeline document.
Explore how to manage your relationship with the Trust or Foundation (Reporting process, communication, etc.)
Receive tips and advice from our fundraising expert.
Our Online Trust and Foundations Fundraising Course is delivered in two 2-hour sessions, leaving some time in between to read further course material, create your own Trust proposal and reflect on the information given.
