Many funders have set up new emergency funding schemes, or have prioritised their existing funding (e.g. the National Lottery Community Fund) to support voluntary and community organisations in their work to support the community during the covid-19 pandemic and/or to help such organisations survive themselves.

This is a fast changing world and there are  a number of national organisations that are keeping tabs on the funding streams. We would suggest that you look at the Charity Excellence free COVID19 funder database. It is searchable, using multiple criteria, with 545 funders; click through to 1000s of funder websites. Login to access it, the assessments and 4 toolkits. If you’re not yet a member Register Now. It takes 2 mins and everything is free. Also the Directory of Social Change have weekly updates about these funds, You can also contact Linda Maguire at BCP Council.

We will post local funding that has a focus on Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole below.
