Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (Home based during Covid19)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £27,905

Contract length: 18-month fixed term initially

We’re looking for an enthusiastic ‘people person’ to join our team to help take this important work forward. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we co-create and develop the CAN Wellbeing Collaborative offering you significant opportunities for innovation, development, and growth. Creating and developing a team of new volunteer roles.

About you

You’ll really understand the value of volunteering, and have experience of promoting, recruiting and supporting volunteers. As a people person with great interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to build and maintain excellent professional relationships too. You’ll have experience of creating and developing volunteer roles, line managing volunteers and developing training to support them.
