Team Kinetic – BCP's FREE online volunteer recruitment portal

Welcome to our online portal, Team Kinetic where CAN members can advertise available volunteering opportunities across the BCP area. CAN Membership is free, and you can join us as a member here.

To use Team Kinetic (TK), you will first need to create an organisation profile. Simply click on the ‘Register’ button below and fill in the details.

This will come through to us for approval, after which you can log in to your account at any time, add, amend and delete volunteering opportunities, update organisation records and log which volunteers have started with you.

Email alerts: Each time someone expresses an interest in one of your roles, you will automatically be sent an email alert to let you know. This email will include the volunteer’s name and contact details. You can then log in to TK and see their full profile via your organisation dashboard.

Tips for recruiting volunteers

Make it as easy as possible for people to offer their help by following these hints and tips:
Explain how to apply: by telephone, application form, letter or email
Many volunteer roles do not require a DBS check, but if you do please explain from the start
Meet potential volunteers to find out if they are right for you – and you are right for them
Consider offering flexible volunteering opportunities – more people are likely to come forward
Include information about how accessible the role is for people with additional needs.
