We have just the job for you. We’re working with our NHS and Public Health colleagues to ensure people who are hesitant to take up Covid vaccinations can make an informed choice. Sadly, there are still many unvaccinated people living within the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area when compared to the rest of Dorset. So, we’re working with our health colleagues alongside volunteers, local charities and community groups to support the uptake and better understand the reasons why some people are hesitant. You’ll be working to provide administrative support to the CAN team of staff and volunteers to help create opportunities for dialogue with the community about vaccine hesitancy and working with them to find ways to overcome barriers. About you You’ll have extensive experience of providing excellent admin and project support along with skills in managing databases and event booking programmes. You’ll be a skilled communicator with the ability to engage, work with and build relationships with a wide range of people, particularly those from diverse communities – respecting different cultures and beliefs. What we can offer in return In return we offer a competitive salary and great benefits, including contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus all bank holidays, season train ticket loan, flexible working and much more.
