Volunteer with Us

Join the Team

We often hear from our wellbeing volunteers about the difference volunteering makes to their own wellbeing as well as helping boost the wellbeing of others. We have a range of volunteer opportunities to suit your needs, whether you love having a chat, providing practical support or just helping someone in your neighbourhood. Any time you have to spare us would be truly appreciated to bring a smile to someone's face, or a spring to their step again.

Volunteer as a Wellbeing Buddy

Over the phone

Do you love a good chat? If you have some spare time and would enjoy chatting to someone who needs it, we want to hear from you!

This is a role that:

  • Is completely flexible
  • You can do from home
  • Only needs a commitment of 20 minutes a week
Face-to-face

Would you like to help someone to regain confidence, get out and about or just bring joy to their day, each week?

This is a role that:

  • Only needs a short weekly commitment
  • Is face-to-face
  • Requires you to travel
