Employing people can be a tricky business. There is a lot of legislation, and good practice changes all the time. For some organisations Covid-19 has meant some uncertainty about funding and service delivery and you may need to change the workforce (either redundancy or changing people’s conditions). However, there may be opportunities to develop new work and so you may be looking to recruit new people.
