We know you have set yourself up to help the community, to meet an urgent need and want to spend your time and energy on making a difference. However you need to make sure that your organisation has good governance, to make sure that the wiring in your house is safe and efficient so it does not create fire that burns the house down! The Charity Commission says that when it investigates charities for poor services that very often there is a problem with the governance, the wiring that has caused it. So you should spend some time checking on this.
